Privacy
We collect what we need to run Gradiently and nothing else. We don’t sell data and we don’t run ad trackers.

What we keep
- Your name, email, handle and a hashed password.
- Your personalities, designs and the images you upload.
- Marks you craft, claim, buy or sell, and the ledger of those movements.
- Session details (IP address and browser) to keep you signed in and secure.
What’s public
Your name and handle, the Marks you hold and the Marks you’ve published appear on your profile and on each Mark’s page. Your email, designs and uploads are never public.
How long
As long as your account exists. Delete your account in Settings and we remove your account, personalities, designs and uploads. Ledger rows needed for accounting are kept without your details.
Who we share with
Only the providers we need to run the service: our hosting and database providers; Stripe, which processes payments and pays creators (we never see or store full card numbers); and Resend, which delivers our emails. Each receives only what its job requires.
We send security emails, receipts and notices about your licences because the service depends on them. Everything else — news about your Marks, the Market, payouts and the weekly digest — can be turned off in Settings, or with the unsubscribe link in any of those emails.
